V型球閥

    V型球閥屬于固定球閥，也是單閥座密封球閥，調節性能是球閥中最佳的，流量特性是等百分比的，可調比達100:1。它的V型切口與金屬閥座之間具有剪切作用，特別適合含纖維、微小固體顆粒、料漿等介質。

    球閥它具有相同的旋轉90度的動作，不同的是旋塞體是球體，有圓形通孔或通道通過其軸線。球閥在管路中主要用來做切斷、分配和改變介質的流動方向，它只需要用旋轉90度的操作和很小的轉動力矩就能關閉嚴密。球閥最適宜做開關、切斷閥使用，但近來的發展已將球閥設計成使它具有節流和控制流量之用，如V型球閥。

Active compensable sealing metal seat is applied to form strong shearing force with Segmental slot during the switching, the shearing force can cut off high solidity fiber etc., and has self-cleaning function to avoid blockage.

The body is integrated constructed, the structure is solid can eliminate the pressure effect of pipeline system and the leakage danger of joint.

 Fixed ball structure
