手動式高壓差調節閥

    手動式高壓差調節閥由壓差控制器、電動執行機構、調節閥、測壓管以及旁通管道等組成，其工作原理是壓差控制器通過測壓管對空調系統的供回水管的壓差進行檢測，根據其結果與設定壓差值的比較，輸出控制信號由電動執行機構通過控制閥桿的行程或轉角改變調節閥的開度，從而控制供水管與回水管之間旁通管道的冷凍水流量，最終保證系統的壓差恒定在設定的壓差值。當系統運行壓差高于設定壓差時，壓差控制器輸出信號，使電動調節閥打開或開度加大，旁通管路水量增加，使系統壓差趨于設定值；當系統壓差低于設定壓差時，電動調節閥開度減小，旁通流量減小，使系統壓差維持在設定值。

安裝維護說明

1、 產品出廠時已經嚴格檢驗，請勿解體，可打光譜，可試壓；

2、 閥門盡可能按閥桿垂直水平面安裝，如需其他方法安裝，請說明；

3、 安裝時應使介質流向與閥體所示箭頭方向一致（高進低出），切勿裝反；

4、 第一次使用時，須全開閥門，對閥門及管道進行清洗。調整壓板螺母，確保填料處于良好密封狀態；

5、 運行中，當工況溫度變化較大（如停機維修）時，檢查并旋緊壓板螺母，壓緊填料。以防閥桿處外漏；

6、 更換閥芯（閥座、閥瓣）時，請在獲得SWEK的技術支持后進行。

Installment and Maintenance instruction

1. Our valves have been examined strictly when leaving the plant, please do not disintegrate. You may hit the spectrum and carry on the pressure test.

2. Along the valve stem vertical horizontal plane to install the valve as far as possible, if you need other installment, please explain.

3. When installing the valve, you should cause the medium to flow consistent with the arrow directionCfrom high to low）, do not install instead.

4. When installing the valve, please open the valve completely, clean the valve and the pipeline. You should tighten the stem nut. This can guarantee the good seal of the padding.

5. In the working time, if the situation temperature changes greatly, please check and tighten the clamp nut, compact the padding, thus the outside leakage from the valve stem will be prevented.

6. When replacing the valve core（seat, petal）, please obtain 5WEK technical support.
